The Welch Allyn Silver Series DS45 Integrated and Pocket Aneroids offer reliability with an integrated, cuff-mounted design and DuraShock technology. The compact and lightweight gauge provides accurate readings over time. These non-automated sphygmomanometers are used with an inflatable cuff and stethoscope to measure blood pressure in patients of all ages.
