Shipping Policy
Oversized Shipping - Freight Delivery: Shipping is free and the product will be delivered up to the address. Since this is an oversized item, the item will arrive secured to a pallet and delivered up to your address. Please note that freight delivery does not include bringing the shipment inside your address, unpacking, or disposing of packing material. You will be responsible for moving the shipment into your address, unpacking, and disposing of packing material. If inside delivery is requested after shipment, then the customer may be subject to additional fees which can exceed the flat rate cost for inside delivery.
Inside Delivery: If you require inside delivery, the cost is $595 for the first oversized item and $595 for each additional oversized item. This includes unloading, unpacking, disposing of packing material, and placement of your items in the location of your choice.
Please note that inside delivery does not include training, assembly, or installation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items can be delivered to the desired location without issue. The carrier is not able to remove old equipment or obstacles. Inside delivery is not available for residences with stairs, including apartments, duplexes, or houses. Please confirm that your desired location is without stairs.

Return Policy
--- Before Shipping ---
Cancelling Orders
You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The order must go through the return process. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the return policy for the item will apply. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment.
--- After Shipping ---
- Defective or Damaged Items -
If an item is reported damaged or defective when received, troubleshooting is required before authorizing the return. All defective items must be confirmed defective with the factory/Manufacturer, if found defective a replacement will be sent or an RMA issued for return.
Rally Inc. waives any shipping charges for damaged or defective item(s) after confirmation. If the item is damaged due to improper packing by the customer, Rally Inc. may impose fees, or our returns department may deny the return.
- Returns -
Oversized items may be returned to our facility by freight shipping. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for scheduling and paying for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective by its manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective after confirmation, Rally Inc. will promptly replace or return the product for refund and send a return label for the return shipping.
RMA (Return Material Authorization): An RMA number is required on all returns. Call us for an RMA number and instructions on how and where to return your order.
All returns without an RMA number may not be honored. If the return is honored (with RMA number), a 25% restock fee may be applied. If the return is not honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refused Shipment: All refused shipments, without prior approval, will be subject to a 25% restock fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
List of Product Return Requirements:
All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged.
All parts, including manuals and batteries, must be returned with device orders.
All packaging must be returned.
Manufacturer's product packaging must be in reusable shape with no marking or stickers applied.
Please send a detailed explanation about your return. Example: "Never used or Open" or "Wrong Item Ordered."
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Insure your return at the cost of the product in the event your return is lost or damaged.
An RMA number is Required.
When returning your order please write or label your RMA number on the outer packaging of the product. Do not write or label on the original manufacturer packaging for the product.
